Electronic Gases

Material Selection

TNSI has been instrumental to provide ready inventory of most widely used Electronic gases for various applications such as microelectronics, surface coatings, glasses, Fibre optics, etc. These gases filled in specially prepared containers with selective valves owing to very high purity gases. Electro polished/stainless steel, Al alloy, steel with surface treatment internally are the materials selected for these gases. Valves are only stainless steel owing to added benefits such as leak tightness, low particle generation, and handling.

Containers

The containers, cylinders or ton units undergo stringent pretreatment before filling, tested for residual contamination, particle emission, etc. to ensure purity of the product after filled. Filed in various sizes from cylinders to ton units, TNSI facilitates one stop solution for customer depending on the application, requirement, replenishment, sourcing, etc.

Gas & Liquid Mixtures

Categorised as standard or calibration Mixtures is a wide spectrum of types, grades, compositions, etc. Standard mixtures commonly categorised as Binary (2 component) mixtures, Multicomponent depending on the quantity of different types of gases homogenised with dissimilar types of molecules. Calibration gas mixtures would have calibration component/s other than the major component. These mixtures are used for calibration & testing applications, where the calibration component will be of desired & known purity & quantity. Primary standards, certified grade gases are speciality pure grade mixtures with very high accuracy of certification. These are gravimetric blends using certified NIST/NMi Mixtures are prepared vide following methods, such as Gravimetric Method, Volumetric Method, Manometric Method. These gases are then homogenized, to have better stability of the final mixture.
